Tenant welcome
We provide your tenants with transport waiting for them when they arrive at the airport, and a welcome pack of fresh produce so they do not have to hunt for supplies as soon as they arrive. We also meet tenants on arrival to help them find their way around the property.
Regular property inspections
Beyond basic management, we inspect the property at regular intervals even during the term of a lease. This helps track any potential issues with the way the tenant is treating the property. Where damages are noted, the tenant is asked to make good the damage or is charged accordingly.
Key holding
Realhouse offers a standard key holding service. Keys to your property are kept for safekeeping at our offices, and any key transaction is logged by our maintenance staff so you can track movements. We also supply access transaction logs where electronic access systems are installed.
