Collection of the monthly rent, deposited in your account or as otherwise instructed. We keep an account of all rents paid together with any deposits and utility contributions.

Mail received is safeguarded against loss or damage, made available for collection by you or your representative and, when requested, forwarded to you or placed in your apartment letterbox.

10Utility Bill Management
We pay any property-related bills on your behalf and report to you regularly — water and electricity, telephone, cable TV bills, or condominium contributions.
11Inventory Check
Carried out prior to the commencement of any lease, this identifies the belongings within your property and clarifies disputes over missing items at the end of the lease.
