What this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Realhouse Management Ltd., of The Administration Office, Tigné Point, Sliema TP001, Malta, is the data controller.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the “Request a service” form: your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, the service you selected, and any details you choose to add.

We do not collect anything else through this site. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, and no third-party script that profiles you.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to provide the service you asked about. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, and, where a contract follows, the performance of that contract.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by [FORM PROVIDER NAME], which processes the data on our behalf. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect the site. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests a font file.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the data is retained for as long as that relationship lasts and for the period required by Maltese law afterwards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict that use. Write to info@realhouse.com.mt and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal data, we will update this page.
